We all know that social media platforms are always helpful but today I will take you to the dark and unknown reality of all these social media platforms. All social media platforms- Youtube, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook have the same algorithm and the algorithm is that they want the users to spend maximum of their time on their platforms. People get addicted to social media because the platform itself wants to you to get addicted to it. Lets do an experiment For 1 hour keep your phone aside. After 1 hour you will see that there are so many notifications. The platforms sends us so many notifications because that one single notification popup is more than enough to tempt the user and make him/her use the platform.
